I work with your care team
If you’re seeing a physical therapist, chiropractor or doctor, I’m glad to coordinate with them so your care fits together.
I’ll be honest with you
Massage helps a lot of people, but not every problem. If I don’t think I’m the right fit, I’ll tell you and help you figure out where to turn.
Experience you can rely on
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for more than 20 years. I’m Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB) and hold the Master Myoskeletal Therapist certification through Erik Dalton, a system that combines deep tissue work, joint mobilization and nerve mobilization to restore movement and reduce pain. I’m one of two Master Myoskeletal Therapists in Nebraska and the only one in Lincoln.

My practice is focused on helping with pain and injury recovery. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience, there are great places in Lincoln for that. Spa work is not my strength.

6020 S. 58th St., Suite A, in the Trade Center south of Old Cheney Road and 58th Street. Raising Cane’s marks the entrance to the Trade Center. About two blocks past Raising Cane’s, turn left just past the 5930 building. Look for the Ben Stone Massage Therapy sign in the window on the building that says “massages by andrea.”
